SHIPPING
All items are shipped via USPS Priority Mail Flat Rate Shipping with tracking and insurance to cover your purchases, once payment is received. If you would like to rush your order, please email me at bypuregrace@gmail.com to make arrangements to expedite your purchase. Additional charges will be applied to all rush orders.
PAYMENT
pure grace accepts payments through PayPal only. By sending payment you are accepting all terms and agreements set forth by pure grace.
RETURNS
Your satisfaction is paramount! If you are not happy with your order, simply return your items within 14 days of the shipping date. Returns must be in their original unused condition including all tags, product information, packaging and paperwork. Please note that all shipping and handling is non-refundable. Returns that arrive after 14 days are subject to a 50% restocking fee, in addition to shipping charges.
Please remember, the stones and materials used to create pure grace designs are natural and include slight imperfections that are intended to add character and style to each piece, not to be covered up or removed.
